Calling the events department to discuss a wedding is a big JOKE. You'll get the biggest runaround, it takes them weeks to actually create a proposal for you..and once they do, they'll send it to you in a format that you HOPE is compatible with your computer. If it's not, then your lovely Events Coordinator, Annie Elgort, will be more than happy to tell you that you could've just done "a simple request for a new formatted document." She's very rude. Franco, the owner, who felt so bad about me not getting help decided that he'd help me. Yes, he didn't do a damn thing.
If you're planning on spending money for your wedding, go to people that care and will work with you and not leave you hanging for weeks just to give you attitude and laziness. Weddings are the most special day of a Bride and Groom's life. These people don't let you feel special at all. They know they have a good location and they don't appreciate anyone else. Good luck to them.
